"I'm not impressed by the shop owners attitude or service. We suffered a bereavement and appeared at his store and asked for a Dad Grandad shaped flowers. He answered with a question what are they for... Under normal circumstances I'd of answered a wedding but I said funeral. He asked when for and I said this Saturday allowing three days to which he showed no compassion and said no chance or words to that effect. We then agreed on a large floral piece xs 4 that he showed us. I asked for them to be given to Glynns funeral home with his bill and we'd settle via Glynns. He then proceeded to say that he was not part of Glynns and wanted his money now. 200euro I paid there and then he hit me with the I'll have them there at 10 mins before the funeral. I left his premises as having a argument on the street while mourning isn't what I wanted. Fortunately Glynns offered a more professional service and intervened and we had some flowers at our home later. I'd seriously like to thank the owner for his awful service and poor flowers hoping the money he charged brings him happiness. I'll be praying for it to bring you the luck you deserve. I'd ask anyone in need of flowers to use someone else as this man obviously has too much money to be courteous or considerate to mourning people. I understand covid 19 means less choice and low supplies but manners are free."
