"He sells Luca SIM cards. They are junk - not fit for purpose - one-bar 3G reception in Ennistymon, lahinch and Miltown. It’s like something from the 1990s. I have just replaced it with a Vodaphone SIm from a different store. Now I have 4-bar 4g reception everywhere."
