"I have had really bad experience with Drain Doctor. The person priced me €140 euro over the phone to open a blocked drain. The person who turned up to do this job told me that it was not blocked and that the standing water there was normal. He charged me €90 for my mistake. I requested him to reduce the price over the phone but he threatened me to send me the full bill of €140 if I don’t pay in the same phone call. I paid them there on the spot. I don’t mind paying them as they had to come to my house because of my mistake. But the person over the phone was very rude and threatening. He was not showing any empathy for my silly mistake and wanted to take advantage of that. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away from them."
