"Place is in urgent need of basic maintenance. Machines are dirty, some full of hair. “Price Tag” on washing machine says €8 for 18 kg, actual price is €10! I paid with my card, washing machine didn’t work at all. Display dead. Called the phone number (very small sticker on one of the machines), got hold of someone after calling many times. Woman promised to send a cheque (it’s 2022! Who sends cheques???), said will try to do transfer. Washing was soaking wet after the cycle ended. Tried calling many times again, no one picked up. For two loads of washing we ended up paying €41 and had wet clothes! Very disappointing!"
