"Stay clear of this place bought a new hot washer off him a few years ago had a small problem with chemical pick up rang him and agreed a day to drop it in to his repair shop in Ennis and he said it would be repaired in a few days.A week later I rang him and he said they had not looked at it I told him that I would be in to collect it to take it to another repair shop in 2 hours and not to touch it.When I got there 2 hours later they had taken parts off it I told them to put it back together which they did and I took it to Crowleys in Cork .When they went to repair it there were a few parts missing that they had to order from Dublin so I had to drive home 130 miles without the washer.Two days later one of service men was passing through Ennis and I met him there to pick it up and it works perfect.All I will say is STAY CLEAR OF O D CLEANING . Contact Crowleys for your Karcher. Just to reply to response from O D Cleaning. There was no part on back order that he was waiting for as I said on previous review he had not looked at my washer until the morning I told him I would be picking it up in two hours to take to another main Karcher dealer and to say I owe him money for work done is a total lie. I first rang the boss in early January and he told me he was busy for a few weeks so I said I would ring him a few weeks later which I did the first week of February and he told me to drop it in as they were not busy and he would ring me next day to let me know what time to collect it.I bought the washer new off him so very disappointed with the lies and no service. If you are looking for a new Karcher hot washer find another Karcher dealer."
