"Once upon a time H&B was an excellent shop, but the past few months you shop online and hope for the best. My recent online shopping still waiting for my delivery date, even after 3 weeks that I got an email confirming my delivery, and of course they won't issue a refund. When you buy anything online, is not always that you get what you bought, and there is never an update about your order to let you know if you will receive your order in full. You have to be constantly contacting Customer Service to understand what's going on with your order."

"Was over-charged at the till for an item I did not want in the Galway City store. When i went back in to get a refund, I experienced disappointing customer service. Instead of offering me an apology and a cash refund - the shop assistant got defensive as if it were my fault. They refunded my card without informing me that I wouldn't receive my money back for a number of days. So I got penalised for their mistake ?? ugh! Wont be shopping here ever again!"
