"I will NEVER bring any animal out here again! I brought my cat out here as she had been gone all day and came back home and I knew there was something wrong with her tail and back, so I immediately rang the moyne vet and the girl vet said I should bring her out immediately, so I did and after an hour she came back out to me and said there was nothing wrong, she charged me €160, she said her tail will straighten itself, the next day I rang again because I knew there was something wrong with her, and they said to bring her out a second time I got a different vet and he said her tail is broken, I was charged €60 this time, he said her tail will need to be amputated so after her surgery they charged me €200. I will never go there again!"
"Very professional and caring I would recommend them to anybody who requires treatment fir their animal"
"I do not recommended these vets at all after my recent experience. We brought a kitten in that we found dumped by our house, he was having issues going to the toilet, 3 vet visits later we were told he most likely had nerve damage and if it didn’t fix itself by the next day he would need to be euthanised, No compassion, no tests, nothing done, no diagnosis, I felt very wrong about this and decided to go to another vet for a second opinion, and after 3 visits to that vet it turned out he only had a hormone imbalance which caused an infection and the problem was solved, he is thriving now because of that vet, not to mention the Moyne charged me a lot for a kitten I had just found, and didn’t help me one bit with solving the issue, I never felt welcome or even “remembered” when walking in there, I felt more like laughing stock to the receptionists for caring about this little kitten, this place is entirely money driven with no passion for saving animals, they didn’t even tell me that the kitten had an obvious abnormality, yet the other vet was able to notice it as soon as she saw him, and they never bothered to trial and error with him, just wanted him euthanised, I will never go to this money pit again, and I wonder how many animals have died here due to being misdiagnosed or because they weren’t bothered trying? This is just a warning to anyone bringing their pet to this clinic, as I am disgusted with them.."
"Could never ever recommend this practice. I brought my cat knowing there was something wrong with her and I was told that she (the young vet) could find nothing wrong with her. She had to be rushed back the following day and died through the night. Despite the fact that she had been misdiagnosed / her illness totally missed I was billed for almost 300 euro. I wrote a letter pointing out to the vet the importance of listening to the pet owner because no-one knows the animal better. Of course I never received a reply....didn't really expect one. Rest peacefully my gorgeous Molly"
