Our firm is led by two Directors, Colm and Richard Grogan, who are both Chartered Accountants. Richard is also a Registered Tax Advisor with the Institute of Taxation of Ireland. Supported by a team of eight experienced and qualified accountants and support staff, we have in-depth knowledge of our clients' requirements and provide tailored services on a year-on-year basis.

Our core services revolve around accounting and tax-related matters. From preparing accounts for sole traders, professional practices, charities, and companies to providing full audit services for corporate entities and groups of companies, we ensure compliance and accuracy. We also specialize in personal and corporate tax planning, working closely with the Revenue Commissioners on behalf of our clients.

In addition, we handle various tax matters such as capital gains tax, inheritance and gift tax, VAT compliance, stamp duty, and tax reliefs for business assets. Our expertise extends to audit and assurance work, primarily with companies in the west of Ireland. We also provide certification assurance for third-party granters and have worked with state bodies such as Enterprise Ireland, FAS, Bord Iascaigh Mhara, Leargas, Repak, and Udaras na Gaeltachta.

Furthermore, we offer company secretarial filing services with the Companies Registration Office, assisting with annual company returns, changes in directorships, shareholders, and allotments of new shares. Our extensive knowledge and experience in accounting have also enabled us to handle company insolvency assignments successfully.
