"Appalling is an understatement for how horrible this establishment is. Such gross neglect & mistreatment of animals stuffed in tiny cages, & made share their enclosures with other species. Please do not support this disgusting business."
"genuine abuse of small animals. stuffing a herd of guinea pigs into a tiny enclosure with nothing but unhealthy muesli assortments and a full sized rabbit to keep them company (to which fights them cause yeah, its a rabbit). arrogant workers who couldnt care less about pet care, sickened you cant call the guards on a place like this"
"awful care to small pets, guinea pigs and rabbits are kept in the same cage, famously warned to not let in the same vicinity, let alone enclosure due to difference in communication . i was in there today to buy a pig, (who may i mention seems traumatised from her experience in that shop, being unnaturally spooked by humans and the other pig in her cage,) when the rabbit began to become aggressive towards the pigs. upon alerting the negligent employee he found it more important to spend 5 minutes bringing his outside displays indoors and preparing the shop to close before finally mishandling the rabbit and throwing it into a different cage. by the same employee it was admitted that there was no attempt to separate the male pigs from the female pigs, and he expressed that the females “might” be pregnant. its shocking a place like this is even allowed to exist. the enclosures are shocking. spider webs and flies are no stranger to the cages."
"Visited a few weeks ago. There was a large guinea pig with matted fur squished in a tiny glass enclosure with four or five baby rabbits. Equivalent of locking a human in a small bathroom with a few other people. Cages offered for sold animals are far too small as well but it's no news that pet shops don't care about pets as long as they're making money selling them to unaware people."
"I’m honestly shocked that this store has such good reviews... Bad is the best word to describe it, the bigger rodent cages aren’t locked and there’s always children pecking at them, (because the cage doors open) they have no where to hide as the inclosuires are tiny. The fish is the worst, there was one aquarium with about 15-20 goldfish dying and most dead, I called over an employee and he did noting! It was obvious that the fish needed the water filter to be turned on to allow air flow and circulation threw out the aquarium, I’m honestly appalled that they’re hiring people who don’t know the basics of the very few animals they have available. I would avoid completely as buying something small is still supporting a little-to-no-knowledge business."
