"The Dirtiest, Dampest, most poorly equipped house I have ever stayed in. West Coast Holidays have a very low bar for luxury and are not interested once they have your money. Damp on curtains, walls and ceilings. Tear in the carpet at the top of the stairs creating a lethal trip hazard. They told us not to contact them again after we asked for more cutlery as only 2 knives were provided. They didn't respond to any efforts to contact them. Save your money and time and AVOID booking with them. Cowboy outfit."
