"I went to this salon to get a medium length butterfly cut. I showed the girl the picture and told her to do it exactly like it. I left with a bob!!. It was 3 to 4 inches shorter than what i had asked for. I was never asked what blowdry i wanted or even shown the length she was going to cut before she did it. I was so in shock when i had seen how short it was cut. I have alopecia and having a nice hair style means the world to me as it is where I am most insecure. Never again will i go here."

"I used to love this place, but my recent experience wasn't the best. The staff member who was to wash my hair left me with not only dry spots, but also shampoo suds in my hair. After it was blow dried it felt sticky. I mentioned it to the receptionist who offered to get my hair washed again, but I was unable to due to time constraints. The receptionist was so helpful and apologetic. I just asked that the staff member be told so she could improve. I know they are skilled stylists in Berlin Hair Lounge, but it only takes one staff member to ruin the reputation."
