"I have used this solicitor twice and would highly recommend. Anna first assisted me with a long running dispute regarding a car purchased with underlying faults and the case was found in my favour thanks to her continuous follow up and sound advice. More recently, they assisted me with my first house purchase. They dealt with the Help to Buy and went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly despite extensive building delays due to Covid-19. They also secured a same day transfer of funds last minute for me so that I received my keys before the weekend, which I really appreciated after such a long wait. Their pricing was also very competitive."

"Best beware....this company did not complete conveyancing in line with legal or professional precedents....17 years after they had seemingly completed the task we discovered when we were selling the house that they had not done so. Worse than that, even though they admitted their mistake initially, they went on to refute it and at no stage offered an apology. A complaint was made by our family in early 2021 to the Legal Services Regulatory Authority (L.S.R.A) which is the formal route to manage such complaints and after many months of gathering facts (from both sides) they concluded in November 2021....." the L.S.R.A. has determined your complaint of legal services of an inadequate standard made against John Purcell to be admissible". When Mr. Purcell was asked by us to sort the issue out once and for all, he ignored our communication."
