Mary has found a milion problems around the purchase. She didn't help with bank's legal papers about mortgage separation between the ex partners. "I can on;y speak from my experience as an Agent for a vendor to a client Purchasef, of this Firm. The Conveyance transaction took about 16 months in all, due mostly to the overall performance of The Conveyancer acting for the Firm. The most protracted Conveyance I have ever been involved with in a long life time of property dealing. A 16 month "nightmare" for the Vendor and so on her behalf I cannot rate this Firm for Conveyancing at all. I would give it one star only as they did eventually complete the purchase after all those agonising months."
