"I have had chronic insomnia for as long as I can remember. It would almost always take me hours to get to sleep if I got to sleep at all. It quite severely impacted my quality of life and was obviously quite dangerous when I started to drive as my concentration and reaction times were compromised. I went to hypnotherapy with Sinead not really expecting much. I had already tried everything else and nothing had worked. During my sessions we found the source of my insomnia. Sinead talked me through it, soothed me and then gave me a recording to listen to each day. I listened to it each night for five weeks. My sleeping changed over this time and then settled again in the end. It is now months later, and I have not had one single sleepless night and I always fall asleep within 40 mins. It is still difficult to believe that it has worked and I no longer say I have insomnia. If I had known about hypnotherapy or Authentica years ago I would have paid any amount of money to have had the session. My quality of life has improved so much.
