"Brought my car here months ago have a rattle in my rear brake fixed, I was told it was an issue the previous mechanic had to fix. Booked it in prior to NCT for a pre NCT check and have the rattle fixed. Specifically said I could bring the car in before hand to assess to rattle to see if parts need ordering to be told parts are same day delivery so no need. When told My car was ready for collection, I asked about the rattle to be told I never asked them to look at it, that I’d never mentioned it. Waste of a day booked off work. My brother had his golf brought down here twice for brake pad change to be told each time the brake pads had the dust cleaned out and had never asked for the pads to be changed. Will go elsewhere in future."
"Change bulbs I had my Car booked in for two parking lights to be fixed. I told them the Car was booked in for NCT Same week. They kindly checked all the lights. Turned out I'd a break light at back not working too. They changed all 3 for less than €15. Very professional and friendly I would highly recommend Tony's Auto repairs."
