"I don't like to leave negative reviews, but this time I just can't keep quiet! About a month ago, I turned to this garage to test diesel injectors for my volvo, and right away I felt a boorish attitude from the worker who was at the reception, but I did not attach any importance to this, I paid about 70 euros for diagnostics, and they told me that my injectors need an urgent repair which costs 635 euros! I said that I would think about this question a little, the car did not show clear signs that the injectors needed to be repaired, but because I had just recently bought a car, I decided to repair it, I again came to this garage to make an appointment to repair the injectors, I asked what they would be to do with nozzles, but the woman who stood at the reception behaved in a very boorish manner, and instead of trying to explain at least somehow, she told me - IT IS NOT YOUR BUSINESS WHAT WE WILL DO, YOUR BUSINESS IS TO BE FLESHING AND NOT TO BORROW WITH YOUR STUPID QUESTIONS! Of course, I was very disappointed with such answers, but I thought maybe they are really professionals and know their job, but unfortunately it turned out not to be the case, a few days after I '' REPAIRED THE NOZZLES '' I noticed that one nozzle was leaking! I went back to this garage, and after I went to the reception I was immediately insulted, she immediately started yelling and insulting me, I said that they made the nozzles badly and that I want to show the mechanic, she started screaming to call the mechanic with the words - come here again this annoying client came, she herself went and talked to the mechanics and came to me with the words - okay, let's see the keys now, I gave the keys and waited 30 minutes outside in the rain! Of course, I tried to go to the reception to hide from the rain, but from her look I realized that I would again need to listen to insults and I decided to wait outside, after 30 minutes the mechanic drove my car out and said that this problem was theirs and there was no need to pay anything, I left and the next day in the morning I found out that there was a knock in one of the nozzles!!! I won't go there again, I don't want to be humiliated again, this time I'm going to appeal to the consumer protection society!"
