"On the behalf of my son Luca, who recently received a “Cognitive Psychological Assessment” we as a family are eternally grateful for the report that carries great authority and opens doors for the critical support that is required for our son at this important developmental stage in his life. We lived in Florida and Havana where the support for our son was outstanding, having returned to Ireland two years ago we struggled academically to get any support until the assessment carried out by Jason and Clinton. We have two children with autism, the oldest being 16, we recognise professionalism having been through so much lies. The quality of this assessment, attention to detail, the care for the wellbeing of our son is evident in the detail of the report. "If I could give zero stars I would. We are so disappointed with the whole experience, in fact both myself and wife are extremely disappointed at how dismissive and sterile the whole process was. We do not know who was dealing with our child as on arrival we did not receive a welcome introduction and that pretty much set the tone for the whole experience. Our son was so nervous (he is normally a confident and outgoing child) he said his legs were shaking and he was intimidated by the man whose name he wasn't given. We were recommend to Pa-ls by our SET teacher in school as they had tried several avenues to bring our son's reading age up. He has previously scored a B in a dyslexia assessment and despite his reading age his spoken vocabulary is above average and his emotional intelligence is also above average. To be told that our child was below average in all areas and the feedback was dismissive and condescending, particularly when we questioned the methodology. Not only have we wasted the €300 fee but any confidence our excellent school and ourselves have build up in our son is now shattered and I feel this experience will have set our son back even further. A very frustrating and disappointed parent. I will be recommending that our school does not send any of our children to this establishment."
