"Bought a car here this morning. Pulled in to get diesel and starter failed. Eventually got it started. Brought it back to him and was told "come back next tuesday and ill fix it". Told him thats not acceptable and he threw the money back at me and said shop somewhere else. Had to walk home. Dodge!!"

"I enquired about a car that was for sale with one of the men that work there and was told it was still available, I told the man that I would be down that same day after 5. I told him where was travelling from and I'd definitely be down. I was phoned by a different man when I was 2 minutes away from the garage that the car was sold and gone. When I got to the garage myself and my husband were understandably upset however we were told that it was the companies policy that 1st come 1st served. This is okay if you happened upon the garage and decided to go in, however we made as I thought an appointment with the man to view the car. In my view the mannerly and right thing to do would of been to give me a courtesy call that another person was interested and was I on my way down. He was rude and didn't care that I'd driven all that way with 3 kids in the car to just turn around and go home. I am disgusted in their business ethic and attitude. I believe I dodged a bullet as in my opinion if they are as shady with keeping their word then the cars could be dodgy also. BUYER BEWARE"
