"Desperate, desperate garage. Absolute rogues in this place they haven't got a clue about cars. AVOID at all costs. Take it from me and 5/6 other stories ive heard about since my bad experience"

"Went into the shop for a simple oil change that i provided oil and filter that he has charged me for the items i gave him already. The car needs 5 liters of oil.. He claimed he added 6 liters! The engine wont accept 6 liters.. He also charged me for the extra liter of oil and other fluids that weren't needed .He Over charged me for the services he didn't provide! I mentioned if he can check the rear bushing and tracking for me which he claimed he has done so! He claimed he has done a 3D tracking on the car that wasn't done! and also charged me for that as well! Left the garage the front steering wheel was off more the 35% percent leaning to the left! It wasn't that way when i handed him the car that morning! I ask him several times if he can confirm if my bushing where ok in the rear! And wouldn't want to respond to my question! Gave me the silent treatment like a five year old! Very disappointed for the price he charge me and for the poor service! I wouldn't go back to that garage! Plus i had to go another repair shop to fix the 3D tracking that wasn't s done ! The car is now in good driving condition ! And from a previous job he has done on my car! He claimed he has replaced (3- ABS) brake sensors.. when truly only one has been replaced ! and i was charged extra ! I discovered this when i had to redo my tracking from his mistakes recently! .. Very disappointing don't recommend anyone to get their car service from this garage! Save your hard working money!"

"AVOID that garage if you want your car to be diagnosed and fixed properly. I was charged for injector leak off test that they said was inconclusive because engine was not starting and they could not judge one injector was leaking more than others. I've send car to another garage for same test and they only turned on the ignition to see first injector is leaking even on low pressure(when they crank the engine injector was leaking badly!!)- so Tullamore Auto Repairs didn't do the test properly or didn't do it at all!! Now the only thing i'm sure they did is changing the fuel filter and charging the battery (which was fully charged when I left the car-I charged the battery the night before)"

"The first time I used this garage, I thought they were good. The last two times, the communication was poor, no calls to update me or give me a price until I hounded them. I had a problem with the engine light, and asked for a pre nct check also. The light came back on a few weeks later, and there are 5 faults on the second part of the nct, none of which were spotted, and 4 of which did not happen since the check. Completely lost faith in this company, and I wont go back."

"Great service overall!! Our service was done in a timely manner and we were also dropped into town so we could make our hospital appointment! We would highly recommend this garage, Declan was great to deal with!"
