"Waterford region courier falsely claimed that I have received a package that I never have. I have received a full refund for the product and then I got a knock from the courier and he started shouting at me saying he delivered it when he didn’t. He never gave me his name and since then he stopped delivering packages to my door. Whenever I try to contact support because my packages aren’t being delivered they ignore me and nothing ever gets sorted. Worst service in all of Ireland. Only reason I gave 1 star is because there’s no option for 0 stars."

"If you can avoid using Fastway Couriers do!!! You cannot deal directly as they do not have a direct line! Out of five deliveries only one made it!!! One was damaged beyond use at their warehouse and I was told it was lost! I was sent a photo of the damage! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! And their webchat service have been deactivated! I wonder why!!!"

"I know these guys get a lot of hate but I've only ever had one issue with them. Driver delivered to wrong house but that was due to the sender putting my address backwards. Still, he genuinely called to my house and admitted his mistake which was surprising and incredibly honest. Even brought me down to the other house and thankfully I was able to get my package back. Thank you very much Victor!"

"This company will not respond to any emails. You will not get anywhere trying to ring them. I have tried several times to find out why my parcel has not been delivered. Their tracker is full of fake delivery attempts saying that there was nobody at the premises. They also said they had no contact number. I still cannot get through to anyone regarding my parcel. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER!! This is the second year in a row i have had this problem. Another Christmas present lost with fastway."

"Given these guys so many chances and still can only report a barely legal delivery service. Have witnessed openly visible Fastway vans with back doors open, drivers throwing items into other unmarked vans and swapping loads. This may well be an effort at efficiency and speed, steps taken by individual drivers to help the process, but it doesn't look good. A) There's obviously a better way to operate or B) Something sinister is going on. Seen this in car parks along main roads. When I buy an item and I find out it will be delivered by Fastway, I honestly believe that there is a 50% chance of the item arriving. I try and track my item after it inevitably doesn't arrive on time..... info says "returned to depot after attempted delivery" which is simply untrue, then "reloaded into van for delivery tomorrow" and this repeats itself for days. 50% of the time, my purchase arrives at some stage but not in tune with tracking info. The rest of the time, I have so far managed to get refunds issued by the seller. I always report lost or late deliveries to customer services and, yep, 50% of the time I get a reply which is always cordial and promising which almost reinstalls confidence in me for them..... but their kind words offer no consequence or progress. I think the customer service staff are delightful and polite but utterly ineffective and pointless if their promises are consistently hollow. I rarely, if at all, leave a bad review. But these guys need to change. They need to be bought to account for their failings - ultimately, they charge heavily for a service that fails on every aspect. It's not right, it's not fair and I feel cheated and ripped off when Fastway continuously let me down one time after the other shoddy messed-up ramshackle business experience. Avoid if possible, but it appears that only DPD of Fastway deliver to my area. DPD, amazing, 100% faultless, even call me when they're on their way. The driver even tells me in the morning what time he's expecting to get to my address in case he needs to drop item with a neighbour. Hermes in the UK got to this stage following heavy negative customer feedback and they went through a rebirth into one of the most reliable delivery companies competing for big contracts and winning them deservedly. Hermes published their failings and changed because their business would have failed if they continued as they had. I write this in the hope that Fastway take heed. Thank you"
