"Substandard rims / alloy wheels, bought brand new wheels which had multiple cracks after just a few weeks normal use. The company replaced one but later after a second and third wheel cracked, things changed. On seeing the 2nd and 3rd cracked alloys, one rim with 7 deep cracks, a well regarded repair specialists in Galway said they were the worst quality alloy wheels they’d ever seen. No customer support, didn’t want to know about it this time. Shambolic service at this point and worryingly poor standard of products, in my experience. The company Owner claims they can’t provide warranty when used on run flat tyres! All BMWs today, for example, are on run flats and are actually uninsurable without them, according to leading insurance companies and as the company owner knows. Overall an Infuriatingly bad experience - avoid if possible. And in response to AutoStylings reply to my initial review, they refused to do anything about the second and third cracked wheels that I experienced after the initial one had failed. When wheel repair specialists told me they’re the worst they’d seen and were likely very poor quality, I went back to the owner about it and he effectively told me where to go and to do what I have to do. The wheel specialists and tyre centres I went to all said the no warranty on runflats statement sounded ridiculous, as practically all BMWs today are on runflats and, I’m reliably informed, are uninsurable without them. The owner repeatedly (and completely falsely btw) accused me of speeding, driving into potholes etc. Crazy stuff. So if you want to purchase alloys here then go ahead, I expect that as with mine they’ll arrive on time and they’ll look great, but if anything goes wrong with them, be prepared to hear various things in response. In my case - to be told that you’re driving too fast, you’re driving your car into potholes, that he told you they’re on the wrong tyres, implying that you’re an idiot / calling you ignorant / choose your derogatory term for even having the temerity to challenge him on the standard of product, saying that he hopes other businesses never have to deal with you (I deal with hundreds of businesses and sole traders and never fell out with any of them). Also, I had given up on him ever standing over the 2nd and 3rd cracked wheel and in recent weeks had actually sought to purchase two replacements, asking for a quote. No quote came. I have never fell out with a supplier of anything, in forty something years, but this one is different - getting insulted again and again as you look for answers and service is not the way to run a business. In conclusion, I don’t want free wheels, I don’t want anything - I just don’t like to be sold products that don’t appear to be fit for normal use and to be treated this poorly when I question it."
