"Had to call the Police to get a refund from Limerick Store Purchased a battery for my van on Monday was charged €198 for a battery that is sold click and collect on their site for €108.00, Fitted Battery and it was dead . Returned it on Thursday to Limerick for a refund which was refused as they were telling me that I must have done something to drain it even though I emailed them with my problem one hour after fitting . I was treated in such a bad way that I had to call Gardai to their store before finally getting a refund . It was an absolute horrific experience that either myself or the Gardai could not make sence of . A piece of advice for the store if you sell a faulty product just refund it and keep your clients satisfied.. There was absolutely not need for this issue to escalate. There were 3 guys that were trying to evict me from the store as I said I was not leaving without a refund , There was one gentleman that was working at the sales counter that knew I was right all along , Never experienced anything like this in all my days . "I'm going to leave this right here......When you get so intimadated by 3 members of staff at their Limerick Store after I returned a faulty €200 car battery that was purchased the day before and they plainly refused to refund me, I actually had to call the Gardai before they finally gave in and refunded me , I'm not going into all the details as I was in the store for one and a half hours , What they done was absolutely criminal , You could not make this up !"
