"Had a breakdown and had my car towed here 3 months ago, needed my spark plugs replaced. I was told all 3 of my spark plugs had been replaced. Car has just broken down again. Checked the spark plugs myself and 2 of the ground electrodes are just gone and the third is half eroded to nothing. Clearly a shoddy plug was replaced in one cylinder and the rest ignored. Con artists."

"Broke down on the motorway 50 minutes from home at 8pm. The breakdown insurance cover sent Young to us. They were brilliant! Offered to arrange a taxi to get us home but we had arranged a lift. The driver was lovely and waited with us for our lift to arrive. He took the car off the side of the motorway, stored it overnight and delivered to my mechanic the next day. Honestly Young’s really took care of us, we were lucky to breakdown in their area. I couldn’t recommended them highly enough."
