"Exceptional service and attention to details"
"Worst mechanic experience ever. Took the car with a fault, just asked to look ONLY that. Turned out to be a faulty ABS sensor, but was charged also for a general check, which the car did not need and I did not ask for. Was told that the sensor would be replaced, but was not explained that the part was yet to be ordered so they had me pick up the car with the fault still on. After taking it back I asked the front brake pads to be changed and calipers checked as it felt the car was braking constantly. Pads changed, and was told caliper was ok. 3 weeks later, caliper seized. 2 months later, faults start showing up again. Took it to another mechanic, and shows me that the sensor was "fixed" with electrical tape and not actually replaced. All the way along, very poor client treatment, and not once I was able to actually talk with the mechanic himself..."
