"I have never delt with such a bad company .there drivers are liers . I will never use this company again or even let them inside the door of my house. Do not trust them"
"Very very poor service. My wife received a phone call from the company from a landline number on the morning of the delivery. It was the delivery driver. No message was left. My wife rang back the office and explained the situation that we were waiting for a delivery, we were told that they would find out who called her and they would call back. By 3:30 we were getting anxious so we called back, to be told that the driver had left and that our delivery would now have to be tomorrow. We received no call back to explain this and when we asked why we didn't receive a call to explain we were told that they felt there was no point as the driver had left and delivery wouldn't be until tomorrow. We had to borrow a trailer and collect from the depot ourselves as we needed the materials as a tradesman was calling the following morning to complete the work. Appalling service and follow up from this company. The delivery drivers seem to control their own loads to suit their own schedule. They leave no messages when they call. The Management appear to have no control over this. They are part of the pallet network so unfortunately if I use this service I have no option but to deal with the company as they are the agent's in Limerick. I'm not surprised that the reviews are poor for this company."
"Driver was extremely rude and ignorant, got a fridge delivered a day late and left it standing in my front yard in the pouring rain refused to even place in under my porch out of the rain he said he didn't have time and to take it up with his boss. Then practically threw the docket at me and told me just sign it, Most pig ignorant man I have ever encountered."
