"I have had many insurances so far: health, life, house, car, etc. Probably more than 20 providers. DeCare is by far the worst experience I've ever had with an insurance. First they have maximum payments per treatment which they don't advertise anywhere and there is no way to get a copy of this list. Second they find all possible ways to not pay a claim. It's taking me a minimim of three iterations per claim to get paid, and I'm aleays getting paid much less than the advertised plan. Third, customer care via email never responds. Lastly, customer care via phone is very rude and unhelpful, they just try to close the call as quick as possible without giving any sort of advice. Terrible. Avoid at all costs."

"I have been a member for the last 6 months. I sent in my first claim recently and I was reimbursed promptly with no hassle at all. I would highly recommend DeCare Dental. I also have signed up my 9 year old son. The services they cover for young children are excellent too. Customer service has been fantastic. My children also entered the lovely smiles competitions and were delighted to win a smyths toys voucher."

"Stay away - I put in a claim only for them to lose all the claim information so I had to re-submit the claim again.. after several weeks, I had to follow up with them again to get an update on the claim. they looked for dental history record, photographs to prove completion of work which my dentist provided. They then refused to pay out on the claim.. would not recommend."
