"Ordered a taxi, gave an hours notice made sure to ask if it was possible as it was important. Ten minutes after the taxi was due to arrive I called and asked would it be much longer as I had a train to catch and was told it was just around the corner, another fifteen minutes pass by I ring again and the man who answered said he didn’t know about my taxi, then he says oh he did know that it was sent ages ago and he would try and sort me out even though I had missed my train, there was another train 20 minutes later which I also missed, rang another company and he had a car down to me in 15 minutes, absolute disgrace. AND this isn’t the first time they’ve done this to me! Complete let downs! Avoid!"
