"I was out of running for 11 weeks with hip and lower back pain. I had all over stiffness in legs and was generally very uncomfortable on a daily basis. I went from running every day to struggling to walk pain free. After visiting Eoin for 2 sessions and carrying out his sports Pilates and mobility exercises the improvement was almost immediate. I am now back running 5 days each week for the last 2 weeks. I had my final physio session yesterday. I now have the key exercises and programme to self correct my pelvis issues.
