"Imagine a receptionist refusing to let a sick child see a doctor!!service gone downhill big time. To be fair the doctors here are excellent it's only one or two receptionist that let them down the majority of the girls are so helpful"

"Standard of care has gone hugely downhill. The doctors have lost my medical records twice now and constantly give me different versions of the wrong prescriptions. They also refuse/forget to give me medicine my specialists prescribe including very low-risk items like nasal spray and slow release salt tablets. By far the worst GP experiences I have had in all my life have been here since the staff changeover in 2021. I usually do not negatively review anything but I warn anyone thinking of joining this practice that if you have illnesses that require steady recurring medication, this practice under the current management is beyond unreliable. They routinely send the wrong medications for me via the online recurring prescription service, which should logically be the same each time. The portal also only seems to request 3 month intervals no matter what you select."
