"I don't understand why some people leave such negative comments here. Throughout the lockdown, which is a new thing to all,including doctors, I have never been let down by Newtown MC and I'm not a regular client there,but always being looked after 100%. Yes,the receptionists might appear a bit stressed out here & there,but so what? They all do their best,just like anyone else working in lockdown. The job gets done and the people are looked after at the end of the day. I always receive a ph call back,never had to wait around. They are all extremely professional people and I can easily give them 10 stars."

"The receptionists are so unorganized. I waited days to receive a call back after calling them twice to remind them. They'd told me I'd missed an appointment I was never told about or arranged and told me the doctor had tried multiple times to all me which was a lie as I had no missed calls and had been waiting for the call. When I finally got through to the doctor she was incredibly rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and gave very poor advice. I would definitely not recommend this place as the quality of care is very poor and the staff are incredibly disorganised."

"Doctors are fantastic but the reception is terrible. Often called to confirm appointment they wrote down on a card for me to be told there is no appointment. I've called within 15 minutes of them closing and they disconnect after a few rings. Doctor told me on numerous occassions to call after 8am as they wanted me in early but the phones don't seem to be turned on until after 9.15. It's so bad, I'm considering changing GP because of the service. They were meant to fax prescription to pharmacy once and it never came through. Eventually I had to go in and pick it up and they charged me €15 for it even though it was their mistake"

"Wonderful Doctor and exceptional front office staff. The ladies at reception were so kind and very helpful. What impressed me most was how efficient they were from the minute I arrived to the moment I left."
