"A very unfriendly, unprofessional environment. II am new to the area and enquired today about getting a 2 line medical form signed for a new work opportunity. I would be paying privately. I was met with a rude, grumpy woman at the reception area behind a perspex screen I might add. This person was wearing a mask. I was handed a mask without asking me would I put a mask on ? Lack of basic courtesy and manners. Ignorance. I was then told " we're not accepting any new patients". Well good for you. No advice offered on what I could do. I wouldn't actually want to be a patient here and actually have to pay to be treated like this. Distinct lack of kindness, professionalism and basic courtesy is completely absent here. May I suggest a refresher course in reception work and how to look after people in a public environment is sorely needed here. Scary, unfriendly people. I ran out of the place."
