"I unfortunately began with ReproMed for convenience due to location without having done much research which was a mistake, I would encourage anyone who has to undergo fertility treatment to research multiple places and have multiple consultations before choosing your clinic. I started my journey with ReproMed by simply deciding to do a female fertility screen, fast forward 2 years, IVF, 3 transfers, 1 miscarriage later.... My experience began ok but as time went on here I started to feel as though I was on a carosel and the treatment is a one size fits all approach, not tailored toward the patient. I felt it was a money making business rather than a healthcare facility. My first transfer, I was so scared and nervous and the doctor did not put me at ease, made me feel worse, it was during covid so I couldn't have my husband in with me, it was a horrible experience. There was one doctor I had for the next two transfers who was great. I met a different nurse almost every time I visited and they never remembered me, which I found insensitive being in and out so much. I had some very difficult outcomes and was never offered any additional support or advice, I was told by the consultant (who I met probably 3 times in 2 years) that basically these are the statistics, very unempathetic and not patient centric and I was never offered another approach or had our results evaluated. They use a "patient portal" to communicate everything with you. Full payment upfront before they even engage. Very minimal information offered initially and throughout to be honest. I have since moved clinics and being offered a completely different experience, fertility treatments and options that were never even mentioned to me by ReproMed which also makes me wonder ... are they behind the times in the advancements of fertility treatment/technology etc?? NOTE: I have since been in touch with the Quality Consultant in ReproMed Galway and they took my feedback seriously, therefore I have changed my rating from 1 out of 5 to 3 out of 5."

"We started with this clinic in 2020 with our initial tests when we were unsuccessful naturally, when we got the results we were a bit dejected but were quickly put at ease when results and treatment plan were explained. For the first time in awhile we felt back in control again. I have to say from the very beginning the treatment was exceptional, every staff member we dealt with was so nice, explaining everything so clearly, knowledgably and genuinely seemed as invested as us in success, and as excited as us when we were successful. The patient portal was introduced after we started there, I was a bit slow at first to use it but found it fantastic for calendar, invoices and receipts etc. but more importantly getting answers to questions that I probably wouldn't have asked if I had to call. It wasn't always plain sailing, but the staff were so compassionate during these times, calling to check on us and letting us know they were there to answer questions if we wanted. I have recommended them to so many people and will continue to do so. Thank you to all the staff :)"

"I went into ReproMed Galway to have my AMH levels tested as part of their brilliant free scheme running throughout January. I was seen by Ciana who was so warm, welcoming and professional. She did the best blood draw I’ve ever had and was incredibly clear and sensitive when explaining everything to me about the test. She followed up with a call the next day and was exceptional when she went through my results making sure she clarified all questions I had and that all the information was clearly understood. The rest of the staff at the clinic were also so welcoming and friendly! I think the scheme they offered through Jan is brilliant and this team are leading the way in normalising the conversation around fertility and being in the know. Couldn’t recommend them all more highly!"
