"I went to see John in September 2022, shuffling in on my walking stick and told him " your my last hope". John is brutally honest and told me he would do his best but my feet were both chronically damaged from arthritis and he offered no guarantees. He measured me for orthotics, told me what footwear to wear. The only exercise I was allowed to do was role my feet on a tennis ball. He followed on with manipulation and laser heat. I completed the program and yesterday I had my review. I walked in standing tall, he asked me how I was and I marched up and down, thrilled with myself. I can highly recommend going to Coslia."
