"I don't like to give a bad review but this whole experience has been bad. To start off with I had trouble finding it as my Google directions had me turning in the street beforehand. Finally when I got there I knocked the door and stood there for 15-20 minutes, before two young residents came out and told me it's self service and the same thing happened yo them. They said I should have an email that has the code to where my key should be. The key was not there as a Dutch girl had taken it and mistakenly thought it was her room. I rang two phone numbers given about 6 times in total and could not get through to anyone. At this point I was feeling very tired, annoyed and upset, as I was already having a bad day. And it was hardly like I could change my mind and stay somewhere else as I had already paid. I eventually got a phone call from the woman that owns the place, the Dutch girl stayed in my room as she had already been in the bed, and I stayed in what should have been hers. I think this should state online that it is NOT a traditional B&B, I would much rather speak to someone and have someone answer the door and take you to your room. Also my bathroom has no shower gel or soap and the bed is tiny, it could do a child up to 16 years old maybe."
