"Ross was a total gentleman, explained the problem and fixed my oven. I’d highly recommend him for any repairs needed."
"Ross, met me on referral from someone who was too busy to be of help. Ross to the rescue. He answers the phone immediately and tells me that some refrigerators aren't worth fixing when they break. He asked for photos and explanation first. We talked for 30 minutes on the phone and by the time the conversation was over he had diagnosed the issue and said that it was an easy fix that by him coming out would not serve well because it would be a waste of money. He talked me through the fixing process and lo and behold the refrigerator repair was done. He could have said he'd come out and looked, charged an arm and leg, made a false diagnostic process, but no, this man has to be the most honest and forthright engineer in Ireland and he deserves every client in his catchment area. I highly recommend Ross to all and for all repairs as he knows the business inside and out with 40 years experience . Do yourself a favour and call him now!!!!!!"
