"Went to this store to purchase a Garmin sports watch. Had to interrupt two staff members having a laugh after ten minutes of trying to get their attention just to ask the basics, (two yards away). Couldn't try it on, couldn't see any demonstration of what it can do, incorrectly priced. They couldn't tell me anything to help make a sale and in the end the "manager" told me abruptly "go to Harvey Norman"! What a total waste of time. If they worked on commission they would go hungry."

"Online customer service was shocking but would like to thank Brianna in the Limerick branch who sorted everything out for me. She was very understanding and helpful and if it wasn’t for her I probably wouldn’t shop in Curry’s again"

"Purchased a dishwasher on the 29/01/23, was due to be delivered the following Tuesday. I got a message to provide feedback on the delivery despite nothing being delivered. Had to contact customer services to find out that it had been damaged in transport and a replacement would have to be issued. Replacement finally arrived yesterday but this too is damaged. Door will not open fully and dented on the side panel. Customer service are telling me they cannot process a refund or replacement as it was purchased in store. You cannot contact the store directly and C.S have emailed the store twice to request them to call me. They apologise and say the only way to facilitate a replacement is for me to drive to the store to explain the situation. Still waiting on a call back."

"I am very disappointed with the staff at one of your stores , this would not be the first time I have gone to the store and felt like they were doing me a favor by serving me. Yesterday I was looking for headphones for the phone SONY WF-1000XM4 Wireless Bluetooth Noise-Cancelling Earbuds - Black, I had to wait a long time , I had to try to draw attention to myself that I have been waiting for quite a long time. Finally, one of the employees approached and asked me if we would like something. I told her what im was looking for, the product was in stock, but she couldn't find it, so after waiting for so long she told me that she can't do anything because she can't find this product, and there are so many employees standing laughing and none of them can help me clarify and find the product, I'm was surprised if the store is so poorly organized or while waiting I have to watch as the employees pinch each other's "back set", and none of them want to work. I think this is a very big obstacle to understanding and respect for the buyer. Surely found headphones in another store and bought them. If I will need something in the future I'll will not think twice but I will pay better more in other shop than rather go back in that shop."
