"I have been treated quickly and effectively"
"My experience with this old wench running the stationary store was one of the worst I have ever encountered. Her fear of printing PDF files from the printer was astonishing, and her belief that she was the only one chosen by God to operate the printer was infuriating. She refused to help me with any printing requests I had, and instead, she preached about how it was her responsibility and no one else's. Her condescending attitude made the task of printing my documents a living nightmare. If you are ever in the area, I urge you to stay away from this store owner. Her lack of technical knowledge and her attitude will undoubtedly put you off from ever wanting to visit her store again."
"Very cold people running the store. No hello or how is your day from them. Went in to print off an image for college and the lady said she could not print PNG file, only PDF. I thought that was preposterous as its a very common file type and she was adamant that I run home to convert the file to a PDF. I humoured her and on return she said her husband had 'figured out' how to print a .PNG. Very rude, unprofessional and poor knowledge about the work they've been doing for much of their lives. Avoid this place."
"When I went in I was the only customer. I had a number of sensitive and confidential forms and statements to photocopy. He requested I give them to him- so you cannot even privately photocopy personal documents yourself. I had them to hand and was jus double checking them- it took honestly about 20 seconds at most. He told me to go away and sort them out in a very rude and arrogant tone. I politely told him he wouldn’t have my custom then and I would go elsewhere. I also asked how would he treat someone with a disability or neurological condition who needed more time. The whole experience was honestly humiliating and I left in tears- maybe he assumed I was younger than I am, or because he saw that it was social welfare statements to be copied. Whatever the case they will never get my custom again and I’ll be informing everyone that you cannot copy sensitive information privately as they do the copying- meaning there’s nothing stopping them being nosy or breaching your privacy. In addition the clearly don’t want people’s custom as the older man is just breathtakingly rude."
"In on word...RUDE...! The shop may have a great selection of supplies, etc, but the rudeness of the owners (or employees?) is incredible. That is why this review just has one star... I ended up buying a printer to avoid this place and not give them my money. I guess they sell enough to make feel customers are worthless. Otherwise, the local is in a convenient spot, plenty of material to choose from ,...except for the lack of empathy. Printing is expensive...come on.. to download a doc to the computer is a euro or so, and then a price for each print..ridiculous."
