"If you're looking for a place to relax, recharge, and connect with nature, then Naduir is definitely the place for you. Like many Connemara gems Naduir is tucked away in a beautiful area surrounded by trees and greenery. The centre offers a peaceful and tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. One of the many standout features of the centre is the incredible garden, filled with wild flowers, fruit trees, a wonderful vegetable garden. Naduir always feels like it is bustling with life from the small farm to the buzzing bees and if you're a fan of honey, you can even pick up a jar of the center's own honey for sale. I had the pleasure of receiving a cranio sacral experience in one of the warm and inviting rooms and the session left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. But that's just the tip of the iceberg - the centre offers a wide range of incredible classes, seminars and weekend wonders, between the yoga and Akido classes, Soma breath and TRE sessions and what I consider the creme a la creme the Wim Hof method weekend from the breath coach himself. I consider myself extremely lucky to have tried so many of the wonderful experiences Naduir has to offer, and each one left me feeling enriched and inspired. Overall, I can't recommend it enough. Whether you're seeking a relaxing massage or a trilling ice bath plunge the centre has something for everyone."

"I attended the Wim Hof weekend and it was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed every minute of it. Breathing exercises, ice bath, dipping in the river, TRE... Learned many different techniques that I can continue practicing at home. Josef and Ciara are the best hosts. We had such a lovely time in their beautiful home.
