"I purchased a double bed and two lockers from the Minogue store in Tullamore. Just over a week later, I received a text that the bed was ready for pick up. My husband drove in to collect the item and on inspecting the item he noticed that one corner of the bed had its packaging ripped off and the corner of the bed itself completely scrapped from obviously being dragged along the ground. What surprised me even more is the surprise of the staff member that my husband refused to accept the item and requested a new, undamaged bed. When we received the text to collect the replacement bed, my husband yet again went to collect it and while assembling the bed frame, he noticed the centre piece of wood for supporting all the lates was missing, after calling the shop again, we were informed that the staff had forgot to give it to him and it was still at the shop, so my husband, yet again, had to travel to Tullamore to pick up the missing item. This was the first time I'd used Minogue furniture and after the email I received back from customer services, it'll be my last."
