"I went to a few of Fiona’s group soundbath’s and oh my god! I didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised.. lovely recliner chairs to lie on, with cozy blankets in a warm peaceful environment! The room is fabulous and she uses diffusers to create a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The session lasts for an hour and a half! My whole body felt so warm and relaxed for long after the class had ended. It’s like stepping into another world and I would recommend anyone to go."
