"Bought a new pair of jeans in Galway and the material started ripping almost instantly around the pockets. Didn't have time to bring them back straight away was very busy with work and kids at the time. Quite obvious the material wasn't up to the job as it was tearing around the stitching. Bought several pairs of Jack and Jones before no problem. Loads more different brands of jeans, no problem with tearing. Took them back to the shop and was referred to Head Office. They called a few days later saying there was nothing they could do. Pretty poor job Jack and Jones, I expected better, won't be going back again."
