"A disaster. Ordered a heavy duty treadmill. 12 week hire. Had organised a delivery date and nobody showed up, nobody even called. I followed up and a week later it was finally delivered. Except it wasn’t heavy duty. I have spent two weeks trying to contact them to take the treadmill back. Multiple calls and texts and excuses and no shows later and I’m still stuck with a treadmill that’s not fit for purpose gathering dust in a room. I have essentially paid them to store their equipment for them. BIZARRE."
