"Visited the store i Newbridge today and it was not busy. The two male sales assistants stood behind the counter talking while we looks for their assistants. After a few minutes I went up to the counter and asked the younger assistant if he had my size in the walking boots I held in my hand in a 41 or a 42 and my partner also asked to be showing another style boot in the same size. After a few minutes he came out to us with four boxes which he almost threw on the floor. He never opened the box or came to us to see if they fit or if we needed any kind of help. When we went to pay he never asked if everything was ok just grunted something. We had spent over 200euro in the shop and got not attention or help or advice and there were only about four customers in the store at the time. People like this young man should not be allowed to deal with the public no manners and no personality. I do hope whoever is in charge of this branch will take this young man aside and train him as to how he should deal with customers. I will never go back to that shop again. Christmas Cheer well not there. TRAIN YOUR STAFF ."

"Winter jacket for EUR 150 started to rip in a seam which wasn't even stressed, in 5 days since purchase. Staff didn't accept responsibility for selling a faulty product, claimed that it was caused by the customer, couldn't exchange it, couldn't refund it, since it was worn for more than twice. Beware - their warranty is a scam. Edit: this was subsequently corrected by a very helpful manager, so changing from 1 to 3 stars. Staff training needed!"
