"Bought a pair of trail runners here, Gel Sonoma 6. First time wearing them after a while I started to get vicious pains on my heel. Store refused to do anything as I had worn them outside. Not good practice from a brand that prides itself on being a running brand."

"Asics in the Kildare-village is a factory outlet which sell discounted latest quality products. They have lots of products with good discounts. Good apparels, sports dresses, pull overs etc are available here. The store is not usually crowded except for weekends. They are priced to sell."

When I pointed out what I was interested in and that style meant nothing the assistant went out of his way to make sure I got the best possible value. No attempt to up sell aggressively and in fact saved me 40€ compared to what I expected to pay. They are last years model of shoe but getting a top of the line pair of runners for 120€ less than retail was fairly pleasing."

"Firstly, the service in-store was poor. It seemed we were "served" by a supervisor who was more interested in talking to the other staff while he was supposed to be serving us. Secondly, he had no manners. He never thanked us, nor made any eye contact to acknowledge us. Please train your supervisors how to interact with customers!"
