"I hope I’m able to eventually increase this star value, but I’m writing this to complain about delivery of my new balance shoes to Ireland. I chose a parcel model type delivery as it gave the option when ordering but i am told when I check updates for delivery that they don’t have the delivery codes to do this delivery and it may be sent back to the sender…this is so annoying and I had bought these shoes for my bday this week. I have asked can they be re-sent to another address, but ideally it should of been sent to the address I was given a option to send to. Expensive shoes over €180 i would of expected a better delivery service. ⭐️"

"I am sharing below the response from NB customer service received last week for the 990 shoes that I paid 200 eur on 14.09.22. Their high end model, supposedly, done in 2.5 months! They investigate based on 300 km usage which insane considering one can have 5 km daily walk and the shelf life given is even 2 months then? See the picture attached and think twice guys! "After being wearing a different brand of running runners ,which are no longer on the market I was in Kildare village outlet and went in to browse in the new balance shop .I was greeted by a young man called Sam whom I have to say is a wonderful asset to the company and they should be so proud of Sam .I explained to Sam that I was a runner and never wore new balance before .The young man done a gait analysis on my feet ,got the results and explained it all in fine detail .After trying on the suitable runners for me I decided to purchase which I am so happy with .A wonderful,pleasant experience from I walked in store till I walked out You are a true credit ,and a wonderful asset to new balance I will definitely be a returning customer"
