"We visited the shop on 9th september 2021, and left with real bad experience. Last year (Jan 2020) i bought a suit here and was satisfied with Product and service (at that time), but this time around the staff (particularly one - seemed like a senior there, could be the store manager) was very arrogant. When my son lifted a suit to bring it to me, staff member said that "we need to be careful, as those are expensive italian suits". Not sure whether they treat all clients like this (now a days) or its just to those with dark skin tone (iam dark skinned). Really shameful, would never visit again (btw the hugo boss shop near by gave us wonderful product and service)."
"We came in here looking for suits and suit trousers for my work. At first we were happily surprised when someone asked if we need help as you don't get offered that much anymore, we were then offered again, and again... Altogether we were asked 5 times within the space of one minute by different members of staff if we needed anything Again this could just be staff trying to be helpful, but one member of staff constantly followed us around the store and came up to us anytime we approached an item of clothing. We responded to everyone who talked to us, we had no bags, but really felt to be made suspect. Unfortunately we really felt uncomfortable in the store and ended up leaving within a few minutes without buying anything."
