They are very patient with me because they wanted everything to fit perfectly. They are genuine and sincere. If something doesn't fit they will tell you. "I tried to purchase some sale items online using a gift card. I wasn't able to do so and phoned the shop to be told that it wasn't possible to use it online, that I needed a separate 'online gift card' for online purchases. I then went to the store to make the purchases in person but the online sale price wasn't available, I had to pay the full price although they were still available online at the sale price. Very disappointing."
