"Abysmal customer service. Two staff members heads stuck in their phones and yapping away to each other behind the counter and paying zero attention to customers."

"I never like to give bad reviews, but this time I feel like I have to. I went in to buy a gift card with my son and was served by not a very friendly staff member and felt like I wasn't welcomed at all. I felt like purchasing a €100 gift card was too much of a hassle for that particular staff member. I would like to add that I understand that shops are busy during this time of the year. But there was only me and another customer in the store at the time. I am a huge fan of Tommy Hilfiger brand so it is such a pity you can't enjoy going into their store. After such service, I did not feel like browsing for anything and in future I will travel further to another Tommy store where you feel welcome."

"They used to have friendly staff years ago but several of the new staff I encountered yesterday were very young and not properly trained. Fortunately an older staff member saw that I was not being looked after properly and helped to find the size i needed."

So if you want to go shopping in Limerick the Hilfiger-store is a VERY good opportunity to buy good looking clothes."
