"Very pushy ; convinced my husband to buy a top for 100 Euro that was far too big for me despite his protests that it looked big. When I went to return it , she informed me of their no refund policy. Nothing in the shop fit me as I am very petite and she still refused to give me a refund and insisted that I should await their “future shipments” to find something that fits! Absolutely ridiculous."

"I got a top from there and it was the wrong size.so l decided to return it and get tbe money back..when I went to the shop only I came to know tbat I can only exchange it .They wont return it.l paid 59 euro for the top.The return policy is not mentioned in the bill.I thought as all the shops do l will be able to return it.So everyone be very careful shopping in the Boutique.I feel they are cheating the customers."
