"Not at all satisfied. Chainsaw and Lawnmower not to standard. Also bought a stihl strimmers which was good quality. Gave the store over 1700, and probably would of gave them 50 times that if he just treated the costumers fairly. Very rude on the phone when I reported the stihl chainsaw would not start, when first bought, excessive oil leaking and petrol leak. Got it repaired and then had to go back again as recoil was very tight and saw again would not start. Instead I just had to get a credit note because he would not offer a refund although the product was faulty. Went on for about 3 weeks back and fourth. Wont be going back again. Zero stars"

"It's local with lots of high quality equipment. Got great toddler pedal go karts at Christmas and bought a chainsaw today. Great maintenance set up with very quick turnaround. hours not days. Great not to have to travel too far for bits"
